I’m enjoying The NY Times articles focusing on optimism. This morning, there was an article entitled, How to Stay Optimistic When Everything Seems Wrong, that had some excellent advice. The advice includes: practice self-compassion, find pleasure in small things, look for meaning, give back and build community, don’t sweep your negative feelings under the rug.

The article is well worth a read.
