Why We Sleep was, hands-down, the best non-fiction book I read this year. I know quite a bit about the subject matter, yet every chapter taught me something new.

Alzheimer’s Disease and Gamma Waves

Science is exciting, a never-ending maze of discoveries, slowly unraveling deep mysteries. Usually, science moves forward in tiny increments, iterative steps. Each small step builds on the next.
